Personal data I may collect and process the following data: first and last name, company name (if applicable), VAT number (if applicable), shipping and invoice address, email address, telephone number, invoice number and order details. I only collect data that is necessary and only use it for the purposes described below.
1.1 Orders and services When you purchase a product or service, I collect the information needed to process and deliver your order and to contact you if necessary.
1.2 Invoicing and administration For legal and financial administration, invoices contain your name, address and order details. Business invoices may also include a company name and VAT number. I am legally required to keep invoices and related records for seven years.
1.3 Newsletter If you subscribe to my newsletter, I store your name and email address to send you updates. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting me. Your data will be deleted once you unsubscribe.
1.4 Contact and correspondence When you contact me via the website or email, I store your name and email address to respond to your inquiry. Email correspondence is stored for a maximum of five years.
1.5 Blog comments If you leave a comment on the blog, your name and email address are requested. Your email address is never publicly visible. You may request removal of your comment at any time.
